Rental requirements:
Driving licenses issued inside or outside the European Union are accepted. The EU and the UK citizens should possess the national driving license, whereas other individuals should have a valid international driving license apart from the national one.

Active driving license
Each car has various refundable deposit amounts, depending on the vehicle type, as well as renter’s driving experience and citizenship.
Minimum deposit amount is 2000 euros.
The deposit is paid apart from the rental cost. It is fully retained by the company if the renter violates certain terms from the contract (as set in paragraph 5 of the Agreement).
Insurance deposit
Driver’s insurance, fire, car insurance in case of fire, theft and damage (as set in the Agreement), as well as third party liability insurance are mandatory and are included in all rentals.
Insurance and compensation for damage
Permitted area of use
Car rental is permitted within the area of Thessaloniki and in Chalkidiki. Driving out of the permitted area is a subject for discussion.

Drop-off/ Pick-up
The main pick-up point of the vehicle is Thessaloniki airport “Makedonia”: EO Aerodromiou Thessalonikis, Thessaloniki 551 03. We also offer pick-up and drop-off services in other places, however, there is an additional cost, depending on the renter’s chosen point and the vehicle type.In case the rental car’s delivery is delayed, the renter is obliged to pay additional fees. Two hours delay equals to a daily rental cost. The minimum additional cost in case of delay is one rental, with an exception of some other written agreement between the renter and our company.
Car booking
In order to book a car for a certain date, it is obligatory to make a prepayment that is equal to 50% of the car rental price.
Additional costs and charges
The renter takes on all the charges and bills’ payments during the rental period, including any damage of the car according to the terms of the Agreement, as well as fuel,
parking charges and traffic fines for the violation of the Greek Traffic Law.
An additional driver should be registered before the car rental starts. It is obligatory to provide the passport or ID card and driving license. The insurance of any additional driver is charged
Additional drivers
If you decide to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you have to send a cancellation or rescheduling request email and wait for confirmation from us that your request has been received.
You can reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before the due pick-up date and time.
There is no cancellation fee if we receive the cancellation request not later than 24 hours before the due pick-up date and time.
If we receive the cancellation request later than 24 hours prior to the due pick-up date and time, then the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation or rescheduling Policy
Renter makes a full payment for the rental car at the moment the rental period starts. Payment options: debit or credit cards payments, that will be accepted depending on your bank and debit card origin, digital payments (bank transfer).
Payment options
If the renter is not present at a pick-up point more than 2 hours without informing our company in a written form (for instance, about the flight delay etc.), the reservation is cancelled and the deposit amount is not rechargeable.
No-show policy
It is forbidden:

Car driving by a person, not designated in the Contract, delegation of the renter’s rights and obligations to the third party

Off-road driving

Illegal car usage

Speed limits violation

Smoking

To fulfil vehicle towing, to participate in sport and racing competitions, and to use the car for driving lessons

Any commercial use

Car dismantling and repair, intervention in the vehicle’s design

Causing car damage and/ or non-compliance with the car interior cleaning routine etc.
In case of the Agreement’s terms violation, the car will be taken back by our company, the contract will be terminated without any refund and insurance deposit’s return to the client.
